• Delay in payment may lead to service suspension.

4. Installation & Delivery

• Delivery and installation timelines are estimates.
• Delays may occur due to site conditions or external factors.
• The customer must ensure site readiness: electrical connection, civil work, shaft measurements, etc.
• EFE Lifts will not be responsible for delays caused due to customer-side issues.

5. Warranty

• All new lift installations come with a standard warranty as per the agreement.
• Warranty does not cover: misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or modifications done by external technicians.

6. Maintenance & AMC

• Regular maintenance is essential for safety and smooth functioning.
• AMC packages vary based on customer needs.
• Missed maintenance visits due to customer unavailability will be rescheduled at EFE Lifts’ discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:
• Avoid overloading the lift
• Follow safety instructions provided
• Ensure proper and safe usage by residents or employees
• Not tamper with lift controls
• Ensure children use lifts under adult supervision

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, documents, images, logos and materials are owned by EFE Lifts.
Copying, modifying, or distributing them without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

EFE Lifts is not liable for:
• Damages caused by improper usage of lifts
• Losses due to natural calamities
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business downtime

Liability is limited to the paid value of the product/service.
